Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales motion by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients in India. This role is critical to building a strong sales pipeline and creating the first impression of our brand with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-potential target accounts.
  • Execute personalised outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone/WhatsApp to generate meetings.
  • Understand customer pain points and position our solution as a cost-saving and efficiency-boosting platform.
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, intent, and readiness; ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate data hygiene in the CRM and report on outreach metrics (emails sent, meetings booked, conversion rates).
  • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and sales playbooks.
  • Continuously improve prospecting strategies based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements
  • 13 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian mid-market and enterprise landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Ability to personalise outreach and articulate ROI-driven messaging.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under rejection.
