Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Outbound Sales Tele caller. The Outbound Sales Tele caller will be responsible for calling potential clients to provide information about our caravan rental services, understanding their travel needs, and persuading them to use our services. The role involves maintaining records of calls and customer interactions, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or telemarketing experience
• Ability to persuade and convince potential clients
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
