Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Sales Associate in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

We are looking for high-energy freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in sales, cold calling, and outreach strategies. This role offers hands-on exposure to real client interactions, lead generation, and business development.

This is a pure hunting roleyour success will be measured by your ability to start conversations, learn quickly, generate qualified meetings, and build a strong sales pipeline.

The Outbound Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and building connections to create sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining activity tracking, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.

Key Skills:

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and outreach
  • Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) lead generation and CRM tools
  • Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with new people
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional conversations
  • Strong learning mindset, discipline, and consistency
  • Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Prior internship or exposure in sales/marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fresher or 1 year of experience
  • Cold calling / Inside sales / Tele-calling / Customer-facing roles
  • Comfortable making 4060 calls daily and engaging in outreach
  • Strong spoken English
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take feedback
  • Highly motivated to learn, perform, and grow in a sales career
