Role Overview
We are hiring dynamic and experienced Telecallers for large-scale outbound calling operations. Candidates will work on financial and customer engagement campaigns, including insurance, collections, and credit card products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calling for customer acquisition and collections
- Promote financial products and services
- Engage customers professionally and close conversations effectively
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets
- Maintain accurate call records in CRM systems
- Follow company compliance and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year total work experience
- At least 6 months of outbound calling experience in:
- Insurance
- Collections
- Credit Cards
- Financial Product Sales
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
