Job Description

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, particularly in a Industrial process automation solutions environment, and will be responsible for driving growth through proactive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Targets will be on gross profits and Quarterly sales targets.
  • Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition
  • Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach methods.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can solve their business challenges.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up on leads, managing prospects, and driving sales closures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce CRM.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2-3 years of outbound sales experience with an enterprise organisation in a B2B or B2C background.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Must be fluent in professional working languages Hindi and English . Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape w.r.t process industry.
