Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Outbound Sales Leader with a strong track record of hunting new business opportunities within the IT Services industry. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on sales expertise who excels in building and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in targeting enterprise and upper mid-market clients globally and will be responsible for owning and delivering against a multi-million-dollar sales target.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own and consistently exceed new client acquisition targets
  • Develop and implement scalable outbound sales strategies across key verticals such as Ecommerce, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing
  • Design and manage high-velocity sales playbooks focused on cold calling, ABM campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and personalized email outreach
  • Lead consultative sales engagements with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, etc.)

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Account Executives
  • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs; coach and mentor the team on modern sales methodologies including Challenger, SPIN, and MEDDIC

Client Engagement & Deal Management

  • Lead and participate in strategic deal pursuits, RFP processes, and negotiations
  • Effectively navigate complex IT buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, delivery teams, and pre-sales to develop compelling, tailored proposals

Partnerships & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives in collaboration with cloud hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Leverage the partner and ISV ecosystem to expand the outbound sales pipeline

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Ensure data accuracy within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and actionable insights to the executive leadership team

Required Skillsets And Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Services sales, with a focus on outbound strategies and new logo acquisition
  • Proven expertise in global markets (North America, Europe, APAC)
  • Strong understanding of modern technology offerings including Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, AI, and Application Services
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales tools and automation platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive engagement skills.
