Role Description:
TheCodeWork is looking for a proactive Outbound Sales Executive (SDR) to support the market outreach for our product TCW Supply Chain, a platform designed to help businesses manage inventory, orders, vendors, and logistics operations through a unified system.
This role focuses on initiating conversations with potential clients, introducing the product, and booking qualified demo meetings for our sales team.
If you are comfortable speaking with business decision-makers and enjoy outbound sales, this role offers an opportunity to work closely with a growing technology team building solutions for supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from curated lead lists provided by the company
Introduce and position TCW Supply Chain to relevant decision-makers such as operations managers, founders, and supply chain heads
Identify potential operational challenges and assess whether the product could be a fit
Schedule product demonstration meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system
Follow up with prospects who express interest or require additional information
Provide feedback from market conversations to help refine messaging and outreach
Required Skills & Experience:
13 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales
Strong verbal communication and confidence on calls
Ability to engage with business professionals and decision-makers
Good listening and objection-handling skills
Organized approach to follow-ups and lead tracking
Comfortable using CRM tools or sales tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling B2B software or technology solutions
Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or operations workflows
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
