About the Role
We are hiring a driven and energetic Outbound SDR to generate demo bookings for our SaaS tool built for Amazon sellers. Your primary responsibility will be outbound calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos for the senior sales team.
If you are confident on calls, target-driven, and motivated to earn incentives, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80100 outbound calls daily from provided database
Introduce the product and generate interest
Qualify Amazon sellers based on sales size, category, and ad spend
Book 45 demos per week for senior sales team
Maintain CRM with accurate call notes and follow-ups
Follow up consistently with warm leads
Target Metrics
80100 calls per day
10+ qualified leads per week
45 meetings booked per week
Requirements
1+ year in tele sales / BDE / lead generation
Fluent in English and Hindi
Confident, energetic communicator
Strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets & WhatsApp Web
