We are hiring an Outbound Marketing & Presales Intern to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, writing compelling outreach messages, and supporting the sales journey in a meaningful, health-focused business.
You will assist in lead research, LinkedIn-based outreach, data tracking, opt-in dials and discovery call coordination. You'll also support in analyzing campaign responses, refining scripts, and ensuring leads move through the sales pipeline effectively.
This is a 6-month full-time internship, with the potential to convert into a long-term paid role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and shortlist IT professionals and decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Write and send personalized first-touch and follow-up messages
- Track lead engagement and update CRM / Google Sheets consistently
- Opt-in dials, support scheduling and coordination of discovery calls
- Follow up with warm leads via WhatsApp, email, or Zoom (training provided)
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and improving outreach scripts
- Collaborate directly with the founder to iterate and optimize the outbound system
Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Experience or interest in outbound sales, LinkedIn messaging, or cold outreach
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Self-motivated, consistent, and accountable with deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- (Bonus) Interest in health, wellness, or coaching
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
