About the RoleWe are looking for a high-intent Inside Sales professional to engage with mid-market companies (25 Cr 150 Cr turnover) and initiate meaningful conversations with CFOs, finance heads, and business owners.
This is a consultative B2B sales role, focused on understanding business needs and generating qualified meetings for our advisory team across:
- Debt fundraising
- Equity fundraising
- Virtual CFO (VCFO) services
This is not a telecalling or retail sales role success depends on conversation quality, business understanding, and persistence.
Key Responsibilities- Make 6080 outbound calls daily to senior decision-makers
- Engage with mid-market businesses across industries
- Understand client needs around:
- Working capital / term loans
- Growth capital / equity raise
- Financial planning & VCFO support
- Ask the right questions and drive meaningful conversations
- Generate interest and schedule qualified meetings
- Maintain structured records in CRM (calls, notes, follow-ups)
- Reconnect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate internally to track and improve lead conversion
Performance Metrics- Daily: 6080 calls, 812 meaningful conversations
- Weekly: 810 meetings fixed
- Monthly: 3040 qualified meetings
Candidate Profile- 13 years experience in B2B sales / fintech / financial services / SaaS
- Strong communication with ability to speak to CXOs and founders
- Comfortable handling high-value, consultative conversations
- Persistent, disciplined, and target-driven
- Ability to ask, probe, and guide discussions (not just pitch)
