Job Description

Threasury is looking for an Outbound Growth Specialist who can build pipeline through smart, consistent outbound not spam.

This is a high-ownership role. We want someone who can work independently, run experiments, stay organized, and also collaborate with the team to improve messaging and conversions. Someone who brings direction and execution not someone who needs daily hand-holding.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage outbound across channels (LinkedIn + email + communities) to generate qualified conversations
  • Research and identify the right ICPs (ecom brands, agencies, media buyers, advertisers, etc.) and build lead lists
  • Write and test outbound messaging (hooks, offers, angles) that feels human and converts
  • Run outreach sequences end-to-end: targeting personalization follow-ups booking calls
  • Qualify leads and route them correctly (calendar booking, handoff notes, next steps)
  • Track KPIs and performance: reply rate, meetings booked, show rate, pipeline quality
  • Work closely with marketing/partnerships to align outbound with campaigns and new offers
  • Build systems: templates, SOPs, lead scoring rules, and simple reporting dashboards

What we're looking for

  • 14+ years experience in outbound (SDR/BDR, outbound growth, cold email, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Strong English communication (writing that doesn't sound robotic)
  • Comfortable being measured on outcomes (meetings booked + quality), not effort
  • Highly organized: you can manage pipelines, follow-ups, and tracking cleanly
  • Analytical mindset: you can test angles, read results, and iterate quickly
  • Ownership: you can run outbound like your own mini growth engine, while collaborating with the team

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS / ad-tech / performance marketing / eCommerce outbound
  • Experience with tools like Apollo/ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Lemlist/Smartlead/Instantly, Clay, Sheets/Notion
  • Ability to segment ICPs and tailor messaging based on pain points
  • Basic understanding of funnels, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
