Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns focused on lead generation
- Manage multi-channel outreach including email, LinkedIn, and cold campaigns
- Define target audiences and build high-quality prospect lists
- Align closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Collaborate with content/design teams for campaign creatives
- Implement and manage marketing tools for tracking and automation
- Experiment with messaging and targeting to improve conversions
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in B2B marketing or outbound campaigns
- Expertise in lead generation and outreach strategies
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
