Out bound lead research

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound Lead Researcher. The Outbound Lead Researcher will be responsible for identifying and researching prospective leads, maintaining accurate databases, and supporting the sales team with relevant information. The role involves leveraging various tools and platforms to gather and validate contact information, compile reports, and track lead generation activities. Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation, research, and data collection techniques
• Knowledge of CRM Zoho tools, database management, and proficiency in Excel or similar software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with sales and marketing processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
