We are looking for an experienced OTM Techno Functional Consultant with 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management. The resource will work across both functional and technical areas, supporting OTM implementation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and business requirements.

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced OTM Techno Functional Consultant with 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management. The resource will work across both functional and technical areas, supporting OTM implementation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle OTM solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management based on business requirements.
- Work on OTM modules including planning, execution, freight settlement, rates, shipments, orders, and logistics.
- Develop and support OTM integrations with Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Work with XML, XSLT, SQL, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Develop and troubleshoot OTM interfaces and data flows.
- Support OTM data migration, testing, deployment, and production issues.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
- Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work closely with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to the support team.
- 6 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management.
- Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle OTM.
- Good understanding of OTM configuration and business processes.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with XML and XSLT.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of OTM integrations with Oracle ERP applications.
- Experience with OTM interfaces, APIs, and data exchange.
- Good understanding of logistics, transportation, shipment planning, and freight settlement processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle OTM Cloud experience.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience with OIC or other integration platforms.
- Oracle OTM implementation or upgrade experience.
- Experience working with global projects and distributed teams.
