Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Techno-Functional Consultant responsible for end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. The role involves both functional configuration and technical development, working closely with business stakeholders, integration teams, and end-users to deliver high-quality logistics and transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for transportation and logistics operations.
Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning & Execution, Rates, and Freight Settlement.
Design and develop OTM extensions, automation agents, and reports (BI Publisher/XML).
Develop and troubleshoot integrations between OTM and external systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) using web services and middleware tools.
Support data migration activities and assist in cutover planning and execution.
Conduct testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and provide post go-live production support.
Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve issues, improve performance, and optimize processes.
Prepare detailed design documents, configuration guides, and user training materials.
Stay updated on the latest OTM cloud releases and features, recommending improvements where applicable.

Mandatory Skills:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Proven experience in end-to-end OTM implementations (Cloud or On-Prem).
Strong knowledge of OTM core modules: Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rates, Freight Payment, and Automation Agents.
Technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, BI Publisher, and OTM Data Model.
Experience with integration tools (OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP APIs, or similar).
Understanding of OTM Security, Workflow, and Screen Set configurations.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
