Job Description:
Capgemini is looking for a highly experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional Consultant to work with large global logistics and manufacturing clients. The candidate will play a lead role in end-to-end OTM implementations, solution design, integrations, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle OTM Cloud implementations (minimum 2 full lifecycle projects)
- Act as Techno-Functional Lead, managing teams and owning delivery
- Design OTM solutions and handle direct customer interactions
- Manage and oversee OTM integrations with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion / EBS)
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, solution architecture, and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot complex OTM planning, shipment, and execution issues
- Handle cloud upgrades and enhancements
- Address client pain points related to shipment delays, planning failures, and system performance
Mandatory Skills:
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Hands-on (Mandatory)
- Shipment planning, execution, freight settlement, order management
- Rate setup, contracts, tariffs
- Workflow and Agent Actions
- Debugging shipment/order planning failures
- OTM Cloud upgrades and support
- Integration with ERP (Oracle Fusion / EBS) using XML / REST / SOAP
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills
