About The Opportunity
A fast-moving organisation in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) and domestic air ticketing sector, focused on B2C/B2B bookings, reservations, and end-to-end ticket lifecycle management across India. The team blends travel retailing, payment reconciliation, and customer-first sales to deliver seamless domestic travel experiences.
Role: Senior Sales & Ticketing Consultant OTA (Domestic) | Location: India | Workplace: On-site
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive domestic ticket sales through proactive outreach, upsell strategies, and accurate fare quoting across GDS and OTA channels.
- Issue, reissue, endorse, and void etickets using GDS tools and ensure PNR integrity and compliance with fare rules.
- Resolve complex booking scenariosrouting changes, involuntary reroutes, involvements with IRROPsand coordinate with airlines for confirmations.
- Own payment reconciliation, BSP reporting, refund/chargeback processing and liaise with finance to close ticketing settlements.
- Maintain up-to-date fare construction, rule interpretation, and implement dynamic pricing guidance to sales teams.
- Document playbooks for ticketing processes, coach junior agents, and continuously improve SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

- Excellent numerical accuracy and experience handling high-volume ticketing operations on-site.
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to resolve escalations and improve conversion metrics.
