Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OTA & Revenue Manager to drive online distribution, optimize pricing strategies, and maximize revenue performance across all segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda)
• Implement revenue management strategies to improve occupancy and RevPAR
• Monitor pricing, demand trends, and competitor performance
• Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels
• Enhance OTA rankings, visibility, and conversion rates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in OTA and revenue management (hospitality preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of channel managers, PMS, and OTA extranets
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
