We are seeking a skilled and motivated OT Technician to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and management of the operating room, ensuring a sterile and safe environment for surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment.
• Prepare surgical instruments and equipment for use during procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sterilization protocols in the operating room.
• Support the surgical team by providing necessary instruments and supplies during surgeries.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies and instruments.
• Assist in the cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments post-procedure.
• Collaborate with the nursing and surgical staff to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Operation Theatre Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a clinical environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology.
