Job Summary
The OT In-Charge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Operating Theatre, ensuring patient safety, maintaining sterility standards, and coordinating with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee OT scheduling, readiness, and workflow
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Manage OT staff, instruments, and consumables
- Coordinate with medical teams for smooth surgical procedures
- Maintain OT documentation and compliance standards
Requirements
- Diploma/BSc Nursing or OT Technology
- Relevant experience in OT management
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Knowledge of OT protocols and sterilization standards
