OT Cyber Security
We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security, Network and IIoT specialist with a robust background in operational technology. This role involves leading the development and implementation of integrated IT-OT infrastructure solutions, asset identification, support management, and cybersecurity in OT environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience working in the OT domain, with a proven track record in managing IT-OT systems integration and demonstrating expertise in OT cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT-OT infrastructure to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure operations.
- Implement security policies and procedure in the OT environment aligned with industrial standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT and OT assets to ensure effective asset tracking and management.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure all assets are properly configured and implement the OT cyber security policies
- Provide expert technical support and solutions for IT-OT infrastructure-related issues, resolving problems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert in IT-OT infrastructure management and OT Security
- Conduct regular OT security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective action.
- Implementation of ID/IPS solution of OT device and integrating with SIEM solution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the OT domain with a focus on IT-OT , Network and OT Security infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure management, including system monitoring and support.
- ISA62443 /GICSP certification is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in OT cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful collaboration in cross-functional team settings.
Senior Consultant Level

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of OT and IoT security solutions.
