Skillset Requirements
- OSS KPI monitoring for LTE NR (NSA) networks
- Multi-layer network performance analysis across GSM / LTE / NR
- Optimization of key KPIs:Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Throughput
- Strong experience in CTR (Counter-based) analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Hands-on experience in: Single site tuning, Cluster-level optimization,
- LTE NR NSA optimization: EN-DC performance, Anchor balancing
- Stakeholder collaboration and performance reporting
- Strong understanding of LTE/NR call flows
- Hands-on experience with OSS tools (ENM / OSS-RC)
- KPI optimization expertise for LTE NR networks
- Good knowledge of GSM optimization (IRAT, fallback scenarios)
- Advanced Excel and Power BI (PBI) skills
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Experience
- 510+ years of telecom experience
- Strong hands-on experience in LTE/NR OSS KPI monitoring and optimization
- Experience in multi-technology environments (2G/4G/5G)
- Proven experience in cluster-level performance optimization
- Prior experience in Ericsson systems is preferred
Good to have
- Strong understanding of end-to-end service KPIs and customer experience impact
- Exposure to automation (Python / scripting) is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a global delivery model
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
