Responsibilities
- Diagnose dental and facial irregularities and develop treatment plans.
- Perform orthodontic procedures such as braces application, adjustments, and removals.
- Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene and care during orthodontic treatment.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate degree in Orthodontics (MDS) is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in orthodontics preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and their families.
- Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of current orthodontic practices, techniques, and technologies.
