Description
ORMAE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Developer who excels at blending the art of design with the science of programming.
In this role, you will translate UI/UX wireframes and design concepts into high-quality, responsive, and scalable front-end code.
You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration, exceptional usability, and a world-class user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features with high-quality, maintainable code.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, pixel-perfect front-end components.
- Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate development.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and recommend improvements.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Validate and sanitize all user inputs before submitting to backend services.
- Troubleshoot cross-browser compatibility issues and ensure consistent behavior.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders.
- Implement asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX workflows.
- Contribute to the design and development of complex interactions, including drag-and-drop
UI components.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to continuous
improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills (Web) :
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive layout techniques.
- Solid understanding of CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS.
- Rock-solid expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) with no over-reliance on frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with React, Redux, or similar state-management libraries.
- Experience building complex UI interactions, including drag-and-drop features.
- Strong understanding of AJAX, asynchronous programming, and partial page updates.
- Experience optimizing UI performance and browser rendering.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Awareness of cross-browser compatibility challenges and solutions.
Mobile Development (Added Requirement)
- 3+ years of work experience with Ionic Framework
- 3+ years of work experience with Flutter
- 3+ years of work experience with React Native
Experience working with at least one of the following cross-platform or native mobile
Frameworks
- React Native
- Flutter
- Ionic
- Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Native Android (Kotlin/Java)
- Ability to integrate mobile UI components with backend APIs.
- Understanding of mobile layout, design guidelines, and device-specific performance Experience building, testing, and debugging mobile UI components.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, and basic server deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Exposure to UI performance profiling tools and best practices.
Education
- BE / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent degree.
- Postgraduation with relevant experience is a plus
