- Monitor online platforms, including social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), review websites, forums, etc., to identify mentions of the brand.
- Regularly assess the sentiment and tone of online conversations related to the brand.
- Respond to online reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, addressing both positive and negative feedback.
- Escalate and coordinate responses for complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams.
- Analyze online content trends and patterns to identify potential reputation threats or opportunities.
- Develop and execute ORM strategies to enhance the brand's online reputation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Assist in crisis management by monitoring and addressing online issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on online reputation metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team
- Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly trackers
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ORM.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance ORM effectiveness.
