Job Description

As an ORM Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and protecting the online reputation of our clients across platforms such as Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and various review or third-party sites.

You'll work closely with internal teams to address negative feedback, promote positive sentiment, and ensure a consistent, professional brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across social media, review sites, and search engines
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional, timely, and brand-aligned manner
  • Actively participate in social media engagement to build positive sentiment around the brand
  • Coordinate with internal teams (social media, content, customer service) to address concerns or queries
  • Manage crisis communication and escalate issues when necessary
  • Track, analyze, and report online sentiment and feedback trends (Social Listening)
  • Dislike or downvote negative/unfair reviews, where applicable
  • Focus on increasing positive visibility and brand advocacy across platforms
  • Work on Google My Business (GMB) and assist in maintaining up-to-date, optimized profiles

Support brand awareness efforts by encouraging positive interactions and sharing success stories

Preferred Skills

  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in social listening tools is a plus
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during crisis situations
  • Attention to detail and sensitivity toward brand tone and customer sentiment
  • Good coordination and team collaboration skills
