Who will you be working with

As the Organizational Change Management Analyst, you will partner with project managers, IT teams, and business leaders to align change initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams such as Enterprise Comms, Wabtalk, and FirstUp to align messaging and leverage synergies.

How will you make a difference

The OCM Analyst plays a critical role in driving successful adoption of digital workplace initiatives by managing the people side of change. This role focuses on communication, engagement, and training strategies to ensure employees embrace new technologies and processes. Expertise in Microsoft tools such as Viva Engage, Viva Connections, and Teams is essential for fostering collaboration and engagement across the organization.

What will your typical day look like

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project objectives.
  • Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify adoption challenges.
  • Define success metrics and track progress throughout the change.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create targeted communication campaigns using Viva Engage and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Design engaging content (posts, videos, polls) to drive awareness and participation.
  • Act as an editor and proofreader for all published content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
  • Respond to questions and moderate conversations and manage digital communities to encourage collaboration and feedback.

Training & Enablement

  • Develop training materials and learning paths for new tools and processes.
  • Develop short, easy-to-understand guides and Tips & Tricks for end users.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person sessions to support user adoption.
  • Leverage Viva Learning for structured learning experiences.
  • Ensure a consistent and engaging tone across all channel content.

Adoption & Measurement

  • Monitor adoption rates and user sentiment through analytics and feedback.
  • Use Viva Insights to measure engagement and productivity improvements.
  • Recommend adjustments to strategies based on data-driven insights.

What do we want to know about you

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM field
  • Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Viva Engage, Teams, and other M365 collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to analyze adoption metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and analytics tools.

What about the physical demands of the job

Work is predominately performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to be in a seated position for long periods of time.
