Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain bp's organizational structure in Workday, including supervisory organizations, positions, cost centers, and enterprise creation.
- Perform high-impact Workday transactions such as supervisory org changes, multiple reporting line changes, job and work schedule changes, and compensation updates while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) activities as required.
- Collaborate closely with People & Org Data Analysts and Senior Analysts in the Regional Delivery Centre to meet operational objectives and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Provide expert understanding of how organizational functions operate and advise on how business scenarios should be managed within the Workday system.
- Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholder teams such as Reward, Immigration, Payroll, and agile squads.
- Lead investigations, liaise across functions, and resolve complex issues involving multiple systems and stakeholders using sound judgment.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and process compliance across Organization Management activities.
- Work cross-functionally with other RDCs and Services & Solutions teams to improve collaboration and service delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on operational issues and problem resolution.
- Promote agile ways of working and contribute to change management efforts.
- Participate in ad hoc business and Services & Solutions projects, engaging with various teams as needed.
- Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvements to processes and services.
- Support user acceptance testing for technology changes within Services & Solutions.
- Ensure alignment with process maps and use of standard data input templates.
Essential Education & Experience:
- Minimum 810 years of experience in HR Shared Services.
- Prior experience working extensively with Workday is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in managing complex HR data and resolving multi-system issues.
