Job Summary
We are looking for an Order To Cash Transformation Project Manager that can lead the OTC PMO
Responsibilities
- Maintain PoA projects for overall OTC CoE working closely together with OTC CoE Management and other PMO organizations
- Facilitate daily OTC leads calls with all OTC business and IT sub-tower leads
- Facilitate Product Owners call.
- Ensure KDD process is followed and goes through the approvals on time.
- Maintain the CCOW budget and assist in onboarding of resources.
- Align and balance the RCOW/CCOW HC and budget with SCTR budget lead and OTC management, in line with the funded projects.
- Co-ordinate the funding process with the program stakeholders and finance.
- Own the process of project execution in JIRA Tool, and act as a bridge with the release management team. Familiarity on SAFE methodology is an added advantage.
- SPOC for SC internal project maintenance tool PRIME.
- Conducts investigation and prepares business case and financial analysis for supply chain projects and programs.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
