We are seeking a skilled Order To Cash professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in managing the order processing cycle and will be responsible for ensuring timely cash collection and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle from order receipt to cash collection.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to orders and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.
- Analyze and report on order and cash flow metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in Order To Cash or related field.
- Strong understanding of order processing and cash management systems.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
