Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate order documentation.
  • Handle customer queries related to order status, delays, or changes.
  • Maintain records in Order Management Systems (OMS) and generate periodic reports.
  • Identify recurring issues in order processing and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
