Job Description
The Order Management Specialist is tasked with overseeing the end-to-end management of customer orders and logistics execution. This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline processes, and leveraging advanced tools for efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery and contributing to Nokia's ability to serve its global customer base effectively.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Order and Logistics Execution: Managing customer orders and overseeing logistics execution from initiation to final Invoicing & acceptance.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensuring business transactions comply with relevant standards, such as SO (Sarbanes-Oxley).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Prioritising and driving continuous improvement in logistics operations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging tools like SAP and Power BI to enhance efficiency and support informed decisions.
Key Skills And Experience
Must Have:
- University or college degree with 4+ years of experience, preferably with a profile from Order Management, Billing Execution, Supply Chain Management
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and objectives.
- Logistics Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in logistics management.
- Change Management Capabilities: Ability to adapt to and drive changes in processes and operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in advanced tools such as SAP and Power BI.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Microsoft Power Platform knowledge is an advantage.
- Precise and quality-oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
