Job Description

  • Responsible for accurate and timely order entry in Oracle / SAP systems.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Material teams to resolve issues related to order entry and scope changes.
  • Work with the team for scheduling, expediting, and timely monitoring of order progress.
  • Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare departmental reports in Excel for tracking and analysis.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within the order management and logistics function.
