Order Management Specialist

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 5 PM to 2 PM

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end order processing and software license provisioning. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, and Support teams to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate customer orders with accuracy.
• Manage license creation, activation, and renewals.
• Resolve order or license-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in order management or licensing operations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce.com (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SaaS or ERP systems is a plus.
