This role involves working independently to manage day-to-day sales coordination activities and respond to internal and customer inquiries. It requires initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and improve current processes. The position also includes guiding and influencing others within your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive orders from Valmet sales offices and accurately input them into the organization's ordering system.
- Validate customer order data and approve for manufacturing processes and related actions.
- Coordinate technical documents from the factory and provide Order Acknowledgements, Proforma Invoices, and Advance Payment notes to sales/customers.
- Respond promptly to internal and customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, and quality issues; escalate when necessary. Follow Free/Warranty supply guidelines and take appropriate actions.
- Maintain accurate data records and all relevant communication with Sales, Customers, and Operations teams.
- Track supply chain status, ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD), and provide advance information on reschedules with revised Order Acknowledgements.
- Establish effective communication methods to keep Sales/Customers updated on order/project status.
- Prioritize urgent/shutdown cases and manage escalation processes.
- Handle revision/change order processes, prepare proposals for cost and delivery impact, and obtain necessary approvals for amendments or cancellations.
- Organize Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), customer site visits, and delivery expedites, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
