Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customizationsforOracleXStore POS based on client requirements.
- Extend and enhanceOracleXStore functionalitiesusing Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework.
- Integrate XStore POSwith third-party systems such as payment processors, CRM, and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain APIs (SOAP/REST, JSON, XML)to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to POS transactions, UI enhancements, and backend processing.
- Optimize database interactionsusing OracleSQL and PL/SQL.
- Work with business analysts and architectsto align solutions with operational needs.
- Follow best practicesin development, security, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ yearsof experience in developing and customizing OracleXStore POS solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Experience with OracleDatabase (SQL, PL/SQL)for POS transaction data handling.
- Strong expertise in API development & integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
- Knowledge of POS workflows, payment processing, and retail store operations.
- Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins).
