Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ yearsof experience in developing and customizing OracleXStore POS solutions.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Experience with OracleDatabase (SQL, PL/SQL)for POS transaction data handling.
- Strong expertise in API development & integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
- Knowledge of POS workflows, payment processing, and retail store operations.
- Familiarity with version control (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrumenvironments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure, aligning with business and technical requirements.
- Develop Azure architecture blueprints and detailed documentation for cloud services including compute, storage, networking, databases, identity, and security.
- Lead cloud adoption and migration strategies, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and modernization approaches.
- Define and implement governance, security, and compliance controls within the Azure environment using tools like Azure Policy, Azure Blueprints, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Collaborate with development teams to design microservices-based applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and other PaaS offerings.
- Optimize Azure usage and costs through monitoring, scaling strategies, and cost-management best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing technical guidance and architectural reviews.
