Oracle WMS Highjump Consultant

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced HighJump WMS Support Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of the support analyst will be to provide technical assistance and maintenance support for HighJump WMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Provide technical support to end-users for HighJump WMS modules and features, Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to HighJump WMS, Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs
• Mandatory Skills(2-3)ONLY
• Develop and conduct training programs for end-users, Maintain and update documentation related to HighJump WMS processes, procedures, and configurations, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HighJump WMS with other systems
• Oracle Database 11g or higher with strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL.Experience with Web services, Alerts, PLLs, DFFs, module related APIs

Good to Have Skills

• Strong technical knowledge with database design architecture. Ability to design and implement tables, views, procedures, constraints, and relationships, Solve complex issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of Oracle EBS applications functionality and technology
• Assist with testing and deployment of new software releases and updates, Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in HighJump WMS technology
