Summary:

This role involves designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business processes and requirements. Daily work includes collaborating with stakeholders, developing solutions, testing/debugging, and optimizing applications for usability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate and manage team performance
• Make team-level and cross-team decisions
• Provide solutions to technical problems
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
• Mentor junior team members

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must-have: Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management proficiency
• Good-to-have: Oracle Cloud Application Development experience
• Strong application design principles knowledge
• Integration with existing systems/databases
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management experience
• Full-time office role at Bengaluru
• 15 years of full-time education
