Your Role
- Manage and support Oracle Tuxedo middleware environments on IBM AIX to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of Tuxedo platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including log analysis, RCA, and handling P1/P2 incidents under strict SLAs.
- Collaborate with DBA, application, infrastructure, and security teams to maintain seamless integration with Oracle Database 19c.
- Participate in 247 oncall rotation, support critical events (including AU hours), and maintain accurate documentation and SOPs.
Your Profile
- 9+ years of deep expertise in Oracle Tuxedo administration with strong handson experience in designing, managing, and optimizing middleware platforms on IBM AIX.
- Proven ability to tune performance, configure domains, manage queues, and troubleshoot complex issues in missioncritical Tuxedo environments.
- Strong understanding of Tuxedo architecture, load balancing, failover, and highavailability mechanisms, ensuring stable enterprise operations.
- Skilled in AIX administration and shell scripting, with solid experience integrating Tuxedo applications with Oracle Database 19c.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with consistent participation in P1/P2 oncall support, plus strong documentation discipline (SOPs, runbooks, knowledge bases).
