We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) and GTM (Global Trade Management) Consultant with a strong background in implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end logistics and trade compliance solutions that optimize business processes and ensure global trade efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support OTM and GTM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle OTM/GTM functional and technical solutions.
- Configure OTM modules such as Order Management, Planning, Execution, Fleet Management, Freight Settlement, and Reporting.
- Implement GTM modules including Trade Compliance, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, and Trade Master Data Management.
- Integrate OTM/GTM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, etc.) and third-party logistics systems.
- Support users through training, issue resolution, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) and coordinate go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
- Stay updated on Oracle SCM Cloud developments and recommend best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle OTM and GTM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, trade compliance, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in OTM configuration, workflow setup, and automation agents.
- Experience with GTM compliance rules, license determination, and document generation.
- Working knowledge of data migration, XML/CSV integration, and Oracle BI Publisher reports.
- Experience integrating OTM/GTM with Oracle ERP, WMS, or external carrier systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
