Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports for various business functions.

• Build and configure value sets, data models, templates, and report layouts within BI tools.

• Customize and enhance OTBI dashboards, analytics, and subject areas based on business requirements.

• Configure and maintain workflow processes using Oracle BPM, including approvals and business rules.

• Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud modules, addressing incidents, enhancements, and service requests.

• Develop and troubleshoot PLSQL scripts, integrations, and related technical components.

• Participate in Oracle Cloud implementation projects, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Work in an Agile delivery model, managing tasks and defects via JIRA or equivalent tools.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and client stakeholders to understand and resolve issues.

• Prepare high-quality documentation including MD50, TE20, OUM documentation, test scripts, and technical design documents.

• Ensure timely reporting and updates to client teams, working independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with:

Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) development

OTBI report creation and analytics

o Oracle Fusion technical components

Experience with:

o Value sets

o Personalization and extensions

o Workflow setup and changes using Oracle BPM

• Solid working knowledge of Oracle SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle-based applications (preferably 10g onwards)

• Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation and production support

• Excellent communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills

• Strong documentation and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities

• Prior experience working in Agile methodology and tools like JIRA
