Job Description

Exp: 3-8yrs

Skills: HCM, Any 2 modules from Talent Management, Learn, Benefits, US Payroll, and Compensation.

Location: Pan India

Responsibilities:

  • Is a member of the HRIS team, who demonstrates project management skills from inception to implementation support.
  • Understands business requirements, configures HR systems to meet requirements and assists the business in using the systems.
  • Trains users on HR applications, creates supporting documentation and troubleshoots applications as needed.
  • Creates and maintains reports, configures and tests HR systems after upgrades.
  • Builds and configures new business units in HR systems.
  • Works with the business to build and configure integrations to third parties and other systems.

Technical / Functional Skills (includes computer skills):

  • Expertise in Fusion HCM Security, VBCS, Data Model, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts is essential.
  • Strong SQL experience is essential.
  • Functional knowledge of any 2 modules from Talent Management, Learn, Benefits, US Payroll, and Compensation.
  • Experience with Fusion HCM AI Agent Studio, API Development, and Kronos/UKG Dimensions desirable
  • Able to understand and write queries in HR systems.
  • Strong leadership, organization & project management skills.
  • Certifications or Licenses: None
  • Travel expected: 0-10% of time
