Responsibilities:
- Is a member of the HRIS team, who demonstrates project management skills from inception to implementation support.
- Understands business requirements, configures HR systems to meet requirements and assists the business in using the systems.
- Trains users on HR applications, creates supporting documentation and troubleshoots applications as needed.
- Creates and maintains reports, configures and tests HR systems after upgrades.
- Builds and configures new business units in HR systems.
- Works with the business to build and configure integrations to third parties and other systems.
Technical / Functional Skills (includes computer skills):
- Expertise in Fusion HCM Security, VBCS, Data Model, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts is essential.
- Strong SQL experience is essential.
- Functional knowledge of any 2 modules from Talent Management, Learn, Benefits, US Payroll, and Compensation.
- Experience with Fusion HCM AI Agent Studio, API Development, and Kronos/UKG Dimensions desirable
- Able to understand and write queries in HR systems.
- Strong leadership, organization & project management skills.
