Work Location: Bangalore, Complete Onsite (5 days working)

Contract Period: 12 months, extendable

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Taleo Recruiting (Core Module)
• Hands-on expertise in TCC (Taleo Connect Client)
• Experience with CSW, DAR, OLF, SmartOrg configuration
• Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and workflows
• Experience in data migration, integrations, and system configuration
• Understanding of security and role-based access management

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Taleo Recruiting, including requisitions, candidate lifecycle, CSW, and career sections
• Develop and manage TCC scripts for data integration, import/export, and Net Change operations
• Configure OLF structure, SmartOrg, user roles, and security/access controls
• Implement Dynamic Approval Routing (DAR), offer workflows, and automation triggers
• Manage onboarding (Transitions) processes and candidate progression workflows
• Support Taleo Social Sourcing (TSS) configuration and user management
• Handle data migration, integrations, and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance, data purge policies, and reporting requirements
