Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle.
Experience on OracleJourneys
Experience of working withOracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
Experience withOracle Redwood Design System
Nice to Have

Experience on Documentum
Knowledge of Skill Nexus , GEN AI in Oracle .

Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred Prior hands-on experience in managing Oracle Fusion platform Global HR is essential. Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM Prior experience of reading Oracle whitepaper and creating functional & Technical summary for team Prior Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application, Experience with Agile(Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban Completed at least 1 Full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Project Prior experience of automating Oracle Cloud test Data management will added advantages Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantages Prior experience of automating Code deployment process will be added advantages.
