Requirement:
- Good knowledge of Subscription Management module with awareness of data flow between OM and AR modules
- Ability to enable and update DFFs on the Subscription Management UI
- Proficient in usage of Service Mapping, Algorithm, App Composer, and other features required to customize / extend Subscription Management
Scope oft Work:
- Client member will govern the scope
- Implement changes in Subscription Management
- Perform internal testing
- Train business users
- Arrange UAT
- Gather / clarify business requirements
