Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with 9-12 years of expertise to join our team in Chennai or Hyderabad/Secunderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle SCM applications and supply chain processes, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients business needs.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle SCM solutions.
Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules to meet client needs and optimize supply chain processes.
Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle SCM applications.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle SCM with other enterprise applications.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle SCM modules.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle SCM features and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
9-12 years of experience in Oracle SCM functional consulting with a focus on modules such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
Proficiency in Oracle SCM Cloud applications and related technologies.
Experience with implementation and upgrade projects of Oracle SCM systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant Oracle certifications in SCM modules are a plus.
