Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and implement Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules. The consultant will work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective SCM solutions, handle day-to-day support, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support and enhancements for Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs (MD050/BR100).
- Configure and support SCM modules including:
- Inventory (INV)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Order Management (OM)
- BOM & WIP
- Advanced Pricing (optional)
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution in production environments.
- Coordinate with technical teams for RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Perform CRP, UAT support, data validation, and end-user training.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end SCM processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM (R12 / 11i).
- Deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Experience in support projects, rollouts, or implementations.
- Ability to work on tickets, SLA-driven support, and change requests.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integration with Finance modules is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing (Discrete / Process) environments.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS upgrades or cloud migration projects.
- Oracle SCM Functional Certification (good to have).
