Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The consultant will engage in analyzing and optimizing supply chain management processes, conducting requirement gathering, and configuring Oracle SCM modules to meet client needs. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring the implementation aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess business requirements and design effective solutions
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting ideas and engaging stakeholders
• Experience in business process design, process improvement, and process mapping
• Proficiency in Consulting and Oracle SCM module configuration and implementation
• Knowledge of Finance systems integration and workflows
• Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid environments and manage multiple priorities
• Relevant Oracle SCM certifications and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or other related fields
• Experience in supply chain processes and ERP systems is highly desirable
