Oracle SCM Functional Consultant EBS & Fusion4

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain processes.
  • Implement and support Oracle SCM modules in EBS and Fusion.
  • Configure and maintain SCM setups based on business needs.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, MD050, MD070.
  • Work with technical teams to develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
  • Support data migration from EBS to Fusion Cloud where applicable.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
  • Provide production support and issue resolution for SCM modules.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • Train end users and prepare user manuals and process documentation.

Oracle Fusion SCM

Experience In The Following Modules

  • Fusion Procurement
  • Fusion Inventory Management
  • Fusion Order Management
  • Product Management
  • Supply Planning (optional)
  • Manufacturing (optional)
  • Cost Management

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business processes:
    • Procure to Pay (P2P)
    • Order to Cash (O2C)
    • Inventory Management
    • Manufacturing processes
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation/support projects.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or support.
  • Experience preparing functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Knowledge of integration between SCM and Finance modules.
  • Ability to support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience in EBS to Fusion migration projects.
  • Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce / IT
  • MBA in Supply Chain / Operations (preferred)

Certifications (Good to Have)

  • Oracle Fusion SCM Certification
  • Oracle EBS SCM Certification

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Documentation and presentation skills
